Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Ocuulo Mirror, Ocuulo Mirror Studio, and the free Ocuulo Mirror (iOS Wireless) edition (together, the “Software”), provided by Blaze Hawk Studio Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the Software or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

The licence

• A paid plan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software for the plan’s term (annual).
• Renewal: licences are annual. A standard purchase is charged once and runs for one year — nothing renews by itself, and we remind you by email before it expires. If you purchase an auto-renewing plan (offered at checkout where available), it renews yearly at the agreed price, your payment provider notifies you before each charge, and you can turn auto-renew off at any time in Settings → Manage subscription; cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• One licence activates on up to two PCs you own or control; you may move an activation between your own machines.
• Ocuulo Mirror and Ocuulo Mirror Studio are separate products with separate licences.
• The free demo runs for a limited time per session with a watermark, so you can evaluate before buying.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must give an accurate email address; it is used for sign-in and essential service messages.

Payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are charged through our payment provider, Razorpay — including, on auto-renewing plans only, any annual renewal you have not cancelled. We never see or store your card or mandate details. The price is set on our server; any coupon is applied there.

Acceptable use

• Do not resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Software or your licence.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the licensing, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
• Use the Software only to mirror devices you own or are authorised to use.

Intellectual property

The Software and its branding are owned by Blaze Hawk Studio Private Limited. The free iOS Wireless edition includes open-source components under their own licences (GPL/LGPL/Apache); those components remain governed by, and are provided to you under, those licences, and the corresponding source is available on request.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Performance (resolution, frame rate, latency) depends on your device, PC, and network. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
